Registration Payment/Checkout

2025 Registration will open at midnight January 15, 2025 and run thru February 7, 2025 at midnight.

Late registration is February 8, 2025 thru February 16, 2025 at midnight.

*$5.00 late fee will apply per entry, per student.

*Late fee does not apply to Band, Choral, or String FESTIVAL registration.

Step 1: Make sure you have completed and submitted the detailed online registration form(s) found in the drop down menu, for each student with their desired competition categories and entries.

Step 2: At checkout (below) – Carefully select every applicable fine arts category, with the correct number of entries in each category, on behalf of the student, group, school, or family for which you are submitting payment.

Step 3: Please, be aware that accurate and complete payment must be made in order to be fully registered. If full payment is not received by midnight February 7, 2025, your registration(s) is/are at risk and a $5.00 late fee per student, per entry will be due.

Late registration is February 8-16, 2025, closing at midnight February 16, 2024.
